This Change in Control and Severance Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of March 10, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) between Steven Huffman (“Executive”) and Reddit, Inc. (the “Company”). The purpose of this Agreement is to provide severance benefits to Executive if Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated under the circumstances described below. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Section 5 below.
