This Operations and Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated upon 7/1/2024 (the “Effective Date”), and is between Natural Systems Utilities – CA, Inc. a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California and having its principal place of business at 1070 Horizon Drive, Suite A, Fairfield, CA (“NSU”) and Tomales Village, a special district organized and existing under the laws of California. NSU and the Client shall be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
