Membership in this Association carries certain privileges and responsibilities. Full membership privileges include use of parks, boat launch facilities, swimming area in Park 1, the Association Building, and voting rights. To access the parks and boat launch facilities, a marked gate key is required which will be available for a one-time deposit of $5.00. A different key will be issued each year; duplication or “loaning” of this key is not permitted. Renters and maintenance fees carry the same privileges and responsibilities, without voting rights.
