The undersigned (“undersigned” or “participant”) is a participant in the Albert H. Small Normandy Institute (“AHS”) summer short-term abroad program (“program”), which involves travel to France and to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. AHS is a part of the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences (“CCAS”) of the George Washington University (“GW” or “University”). The undersigned acknowledges that this travel and participation in the program is wholly voluntary. In consideration for being allowed to participate in this program, I, on behalf of myself and my family, personal representatives, executors, administrators, and heirs, agree to the below requirements.
