This Lenovo Care Services Agreement for Consumer Products combined with Your proof of purchase (such as an invoice or a sales receipt) (together the “Agreement”) is the complete and exclusive agreement between You and Us regarding Your acquisition of a Warranty Service Upgrade, a Warranty Period Extension or Accidental Damage Protection (collectively referred to as “Services”) for Your Lenovo hardware product (called “Product”) and replaces any prior oral or written communications between You and Lenovo or Your Lenovo reseller regarding such acquisition.
