Grantor and Grantee are sometimes referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” Grantee and its commissioners, officers, employees, agents, contractors and representatives are sometimes referred to herein individually as “Grantee Party” and collectively as “Grantee Parties.”
