Lawrence, Inc. dba Lawrence & Associates (“Consultant”) (collectively, the “Parties” and individually a “Party”) for the purpose of providing specialized consulting and testing services related to waste disposal facility planning, design, operation, environmental monitoring, assessment and remediation.
