THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 1st day of August 19, 2020, by and between the Genesee Unit of Local 10 MEA-NEA (or its successor MEA affiliated organization), a Michigan labor organization, hereinafter called the Association, affiliated with the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the MEA, and the National Education Association, hereinafter called the NEA, and school district of Genesee, the township of Genesee, Michigan, hereinafter called the Board, the signatories shall be the sole parties to this Agreement.
