This PureCloud Service Agreement and the documents referenced herein (the “Agreement”) contain terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the PureCloud Service (as defined below) and is an agreement between the Genesys entity identified in the Order Form (“Genesys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent (“you” or “Customer”). This Agreement takes effect when the Customer executes this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). You represent to us that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts and that you have legal authority to do so on behalf of the Customer.
