This Grant Agreement (“Grant Agreement”) is effective December 2, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Bend (the “City”), an Oregon municipal corporation, and The East Cascades Workforce Investment Board dba East Cascades Works, an Oregon public benefit corporation (“Grantee”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
