This warranty applies to Electric Power Generation Products and associated materials/equipment sold by Power Electrics Generators Limited (Herein after referred to as “the Company”). Products and materials/equipment are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning, or a total of 500 Hours operation per year, whichever is the sooner. If within this period any defect is discovered, and has been caused by faulty materials or workmanship and not by fair wear and tear, accident or misuse/neglect or damage in transit, the Company shall supply free of charge such new or repaired parts at the company’s discretion to make good the defect subject to the following responsibilities and limitations.
