This memorandum memorializes an understanding between the Teachers Association of Anne Arundel County (hereinafter, “TAAAC”) and the Board of Education of Anne Arundel County (hereinafter, “Board”) to set aside or modify certain provisions of the collective bargaining agreement between the parties in order to accommodate changes in terms and conditions of employment for Unit 1 employees at Annapolis High School (AHS). Except as explicitly provided herein, all terms and conditions of employment contained in the Negotiated Agreement shared between the parties and in effect from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2013, shall remain applicable to Unit 1 AHS employees.
