This Legal Consortium Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Consortium Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Governing Authority of the Tri-County Educational Service Center (hereinafter referred to as “ESC”), Peters Kalail & Markakis Co., L.P.A. (hereinafter referred to as “PKM”), and the Participating Entities (identified in Paragraph 2 below) as of August 1, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “Effective Date”). The ESC, PKM and each Participating Entity (as identified in Paragraph 2 below) may be hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties.”
