THIS MASTER DISBURSING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [ ], 2020, by and among AMUNDSON FLATS, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Minnesota limited partnership (“Borrower”), U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (“Bank”), the CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, a Minnesota statutory city (the “City”; the Bank and the City are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Lender” and collectively as “Lenders”), EDINA GROUP, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“General Partner”) and FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY (“Title Company”).
