You agree to receive the Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank Service Agreement for Online Banking electronically. The Service Agreement contains the terms that govern your use of Nekoosa Port Edwards State Bank’s i-bank Internet and Bill Pay Service, Mobiliti Service (Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposits), and P2P Payments (Person to Person), collectively referred to as the “Services”. You may use the Services to access your Eligible Accounts. You also agree to receive all changes and updates to this Service Agreement and all disclosures, notices, and other communications regarding the services electronically. You are deemed to have received any electronic communication provided to you when they are made available to you.
