THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter referred to as MOU) is by and between INSERT COMPANY NAME/ORGANIZATION, a TYPE OF COMPANY/ORGANIZATION, located in CITY, STATE (hereinafter referred to as “Insert Acronym”) and TEXAS WOMAN’S UNIVERSITY, a public state-assisted higher education institution of the State of TEXAS (hereinafter referred to as “University”). This MOU is effective on the date of the last signature by the authorized officials of the two parties.
