This Master SSO Supply Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of , 201 (“Effective Date”), is by and between Ohio Power Company, an Ohio corporation with offices at 1 Riverside Plaza, Columbus, Ohio (“AEP Ohio”) and each of the suppliers listed on Attachment A severally, but not jointly, (each an “SSO Supplier” and collectively “SSO Suppliers”). AEP Ohio and each SSO Supplier are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”).
