PLAYER & PARENT CONTRACT 2020-2021Player & Parent Contract • August 18th, 2020
Please read this contract with your child and make sure you BOTH understand it. Any family violating these rules will be subject to disciplinary action appropriate to the infraction, up to and including game suspension or removal from the club with no financial refunds to the family. Any suspension or removal from the club would be subject to approval of the Board of Directors, after a conversation with the parent(s) via telephone or in person. Once player commitments/deposits/payments are made to Lakeshore Storm Softball, no refunds will be given – NO EXECPTIONS. ALL athletes AND parents involved with Lakeshore Storm Softball must observe the following contract.
