Cataract Surgery Package Fee AgreementJune 10th, 2013
This package includes additional clinical testing, surgical technologies, and surgical planning accompanied by a lens upgrade with either a multi-focal lens or Crystalens for presbyopia correction. Astigmatism correction will be performed, as needed. Laser vision enhancement is also included, as needed; to ensure the best possible visual outcomes. An additional 3 months of post operative follow up will also be included. Patient’s best opportunity to see “glasses free” at distance and near.
