This Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the City and its employees. It is the desire of both parties t o co-operate in maintaining a satisfactory relationship between the City and its employees, and to provide an amicable method of settling any difference or grievance relating to the general working conditions which may arise from time to time.
