This Funding Acceptance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this of , 2022 by and between the City of Mercer Island, Washington (“City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, and the Mercer Island Youth and Family Services Foundation (“Foundation”), a Washington nonprofit corporation, and is intended to guide the acceptance of donations received from the Foundation for use by the Youth and Family Services Department (YFS).
