WHEREAS, the Advanced Energy Group, LLC (“AEG”) shall conduct certain events (“the Event(s)”); and WHEREAS, Sponsor desires to sponsor the Event(s); and WHEREAS, AEG desires to permit Sponsor to sponsor the Event(s) on a non- exclusive basis in exchange for certain compensation. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:
