THIS Agreement (“MOU”) is entered into by Cascade Bicycle Club Education Foundation, a non-profit entity incorporated under the laws of Washington, hereinafter referred to as (“Cascade”), and Edmonds School District, a quasi-municipal organization, hereinafter referred to as (the “District”).
