By way of signing this form, the undersigned agree that each of the Public Relations Society of America, Inc. (“PRSA”) and Fiserv, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Fiserv”) shall have a perpetual, fully paid-up, global, transferable, non-terminable right and license to use, without accounting, reservation, or the payment of any royalties, all or any portion of any of the entries to the Competition for its business purposes, including without limitation marketing and/or promoting their respective products and/or services.
