This Professional Services Agreement for Lehi City Facilities Master Plan Update (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lehi City Corporation, 153 North 100 East, Lehi, UT 84043 (hereinafter “City”) and Curtis Miner Architecture, 233 South Pleasant Grove Blvd, Suite 105, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062 (hereinafter “Architect”). This Agreement shall be binding and effective as of the date both parties affix their respective signatures below (hereinafter “Effective Date”).
