This Website Hosting Agreement including all schedules and exhibits, if any, attached hereto or included in any invoice or quote (the “Agreement”), is made as of today’s date (the “Effective Date”), between you (as the “Client”), located at the address you provided in your account information; and Scope Design LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, (“Scope”), with offices at 2213 Spencer Hill Road, Corning, New York 14830. (Client and Scope each referred to herein as a Party, collectively, as the “Parties”). BY ACCEPTING AND USING SCOPE’S WEBSITE HOSTING SERVICES AND BY TAKING THE AFFIRMATIVE ACT OF CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON, CLIENT HEREBY EXPLICITLY AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
