This is a legal agreement between The Contracting Partner (“The Contracting Partner, “You”, “Your”) and Traxtudio Holdings International, stating the terms that govern your use of the iPark Radio™ advertising service defined herein. This agreement - together with all updates, additional terms, software licenses, and any of Traxtudio’s rules and policies that incorporate this agreement by reference - collectively constitute the “Agreement” between you and Traxtudio. Use of the service constitutes your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this service. You must accept and abide by these terms as presented to you: Changes, additions, or deletions are not acceptable, and Traxtudio may refuse to allow you to use this service for noncompliance with any part of this agreement.
