All FUA-AUF apartments are regulated by city and local condominium/building ordinances, in addition to the FUA-AUF housing regulations. This document will help you understand how to comply with all City of Florence legal ordinances and contains all procedural guidelines for which students housed by FUA-AUF are responsible. It also provides you with information that will help you better understand how to live in an Italian apartment and acclimate to your new home.
