Newcore Gangnam Corporate Restructuring Real Estate Investment Trust (“NG CR REIT”) and GE AMC KOREA Co. Ltd. (“AMC”) have agreed to enter into this Asset Management Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) whereby NG CR REIT wishes to engage and retain AMC to provide certain asset management services (“Asset Management Services”) in respect of assets owned or to be owned by NG CR REIT and AMC agrees to accept such appointment upon the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
