This Officer Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into to be effective as of the 1st day of October, 2003, by and between WEBCO INDUSTRIES, INC., an Oklahoma corporation (hereinafter called the "Company"), and MIKE HOWARD (hereinafter called "Officer").
