Following the drafting of the first version of the RailCorp Enterprise Agreement 2010 (‘EA2010’) a number of drafting errors and omissions were identified. These have been addressed by making amendments to this print in the form of undertakings given to Fair Work Australia during the approval process and by administratively correcting omissions.
