THIS MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (“MSA”) is entered into by and between Pluralsight, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, whose principal address is 182 N. Union Avenue, Farmington, Utah 84025 (“Pluralsight”), and the Ordering Activity (“Customer” or “Ordering Activity”). Pluralsight and Customer are referred to in this Agreement, individually as a “Party”, and collectively, the “Parties”. This MSA, together with any exhibits attached hereto and all applicable Sales Orders (as defined below), are referred to collectively herein as this “Agreement”.
