This Polar Star Managed Services Schedule (this “Schedule”) is entered into as of June 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Polar Systems, Inc. (“Polar Systems”) and City of Oregon City, Oregon City, OR (“Client”). This Schedule is subject to the terms of the Master Services Agreement between Polar Systems and Client dated (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.
