This agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the WireBarley Service (the “Service”). You may access the Service through the website with its home page located at https://biz.wirebarley.com/(the “Service Website”). As used herein, the terms “Bank”, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Community Federal Savings Bank, and “WireBarley” means WireBarley Corporation. “You” and “your” means the person who is using the Services to transfer funds from a US bank account.
