Welcome to mygarage.africa, a peer-to-peer vehicle car sharing marketplace web site and online service provided by envio Logistics, Inc. ("mygarage africa", "we," or "us"). This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") describes the terms and conditions that govern your use of and participation in mygarage.africa services. mygarage.africa services include our web site, web widgets, feeds, mobile device software applications (the "envio Softwares"), applications for third-party web sites and services, and any other mobile or online services and/or applications owned, controlled, or offered by mygarage.africa (collectively the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in the Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service.
