This Contract for Special Counsel Services, 035-2021 (Contract) is entered into by and between the FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (Florida Housing), a public corporation and a public body corporate and politic, with headquarters located at 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, FL 32301, and LATHAM, LUNA, EDEN & BEAUDINE, LLP. (Special Counsel), located at 201 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1400, Orlando, FL 32801. Upon execution by both parties, this Contract shall become effective January 21, 2022 or the date the last party signs, whichever is later (Effective Date).
