Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following Standard Conditions of Sale shall apply to any Buyer’s order accepted by L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (hereinafter called “Seller”) in writing. The Buyer-Seller contract shall be formed when Buyer’s Order is accepted by Seller in writing in Lynchburg, Virginia.
