Early Decision is an application plan in which you make a commitment to a first-choice institution where, if admitted, you will enroll. While pursuing admission under Early Decision, you may apply to other institutions, but may only have one Early Decision application pending at any time. If you are admitted Early Decision, you must promptly withdraw the applications submitted to other institutions and make no additional applications to any other institution. If you are an Early Decision applicant and are seeking financial aid, you need not withdraw your other applications until you have received notification about financial aid from Saint Joseph’s University. Should you apply for financial aid not be offered an award that makes attendance possible, you may decline the offer of admission and be released from the Early Decision Agreement.
