This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Floors, Inc. 5201 S. 19th Street, Lincoln, NE 68512, (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 3, 2023, executed under City Directorial Order No. 29625, and County Contract C-23-0162 dated March 7, 2023, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on March 21, 2023, for Unit Price – Flooring – Carpet, Tile, and Edging Installation, Bid No. 22-261, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
