The Parties are entering into this Settlement Agreement to record and implement the terms on which the Employee’s employment will be terminated by mutual agreement in accordance with the procedure for agreed severance/voluntary exit (delete as appropriate) set out in the Employer’s Employment Code. By entering into this Agreement, the Employer and Employee agree to settle any claims (save for those expressly excluded below, “the Excluded Claims”) which the Employee has or may have against the Employer arising out of or in connection with the employment and/or its termination.
