This document (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the “Affiliate”) and us (“SteadyTake”). It describes how we will work together and defines other aspects of our business relationship. The Marketing Affiliate Program Agreement applies to your participation in our Marketing Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”). Your participation in our Affiliate Program is contingent upon you agreeing to these terms. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound to the terms of this Agreement.
