This Software Licence Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between you and Tocalabs Ltd (a company incorporated in England, United Kingdom with registered number 11396834 and whose registered office is at 5th Floor, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF) (“Toca”, “we” or “us”). “You” means the entity you represent in accepting this Agreement or, if that does not apply, you individually. If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind your employer or such entity to this Agreement; (ii) you have read and understand this Agreement; and (iii) you agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the party that you represent. If you don’t have the legal authority to bind your employer or the applicable entity please do not click “I agree” (or similar button or checkbox) that is presented to you.
