These Service Terms shall govern the provision of the UL Market Performance platform and related services by the UL Contracting Party Identified in the Statement of Work or Quotation (“UL ”). These Service Terms are incorporated by reference into and are an integral part of the Master License and Service Agreement or Global Services Agreement between the Parties (“Agreement”). Any capitalized terms in these Service Terms that are not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Agreement.
