This Managed Services Partner Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Master Software License and Sub- scription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint Canada, Ltd., a limited company formed under the laws of Canada, with offices at Suite 1700, Park Place, 666 Burrard Street, Vancouver BC, V6C 2X8, Canada (“AvePoint”), and your company or entity, using certain of AvePoint’s SaaS Solutions (“Customer”). Each party hereto shall be referred to as “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”.
