The Residence Hall and Dining Plan Contract (“contract”) is for space in the residence halls and is between Kent State University and the student, and/or parent or legal guardian if the student is under the age of eighteen (18). Please be aware that once the contract is signed, the terms of the contract incorporates by reference the University Policy Regarding Student Housing (Policy Register 3342-4-05: https://www.kent.edu/policyreg/university-policy-regarding-student-housing).
