THIS ADDENDUM is entered into simultaneously with that Commercial Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate hereinabove referenced ("Contract") and is supported by the same considerations as expressed therein and the mutual terms, conditions, and covenants set forth below. In the event of any conflict between the Contract and this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum shall control. The Contract and this Addendum are sometimes collectively hereinafter referred to as "this Contract."
