THIS AMENDMENT to the Urban Cooperation Agreement, (“Agreement”), an Agreement that was effective on March 21, 2008, is entered into on the 10th day of February, 2010. The Urban Cooperation Agreement is an Agreement by and between the Superiorland Library Cooperative, a Michigan Library Cooperative, (“SLC”) and the Dickinson County Library, a County Library, and the Peter White Public Library, a 1891 PA 254 library, and the West Iron District Library, a district library, and the Bayliss Public Library, a city charter public library (“Libraries”).
