A grievance to be considered in the grievance procedure must be presented to the Foreman in writing within three (3) working days of the time the Employee became aware of the incident giving rise to the grievance, (For Grievance involving Discharge, refer to Article 8- 8.01 Discharge). The Foreman shall render his/her decision to the Steward in writing within three (3) working days of receipt of a grievance at Step No. 1.
