Due to the Covid-19 restrictions currently in place, any member contracting to use the Carriage House as a venue for their function, must agree to abide by the mandates set forth by the Governor of the State of Ohio and enforced by the Butler County Board of Health. Member is responsible to provide any and all supplies needed for the event/guests (e.g., hand sanitizers, cleaning wipes). Any fines imposed for non-compliance to these mandates will be assessed to the owner/member signing the contract. This addendum will remain in effect until all restrictions are lifted.
