This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the County of Orange, acting through its Social Services Agency, hereinafter referred to as “SSACOUNTY,” and <COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION>, hereinafter referred to as “CBO.” This MOU contains program content and purpose along with guidelines for the establishment of a multidisciplinary personnel team (MDT) to offer Differential Response-Path One (DR-Path 1) services.
